Jay’s Workspace Tools is a private productivity integration operated by Jay Karandikar for Google accounts he owns or is authorized to manage. It connects those accounts to Codex and Claude Code to assist with email and calendar tasks. It is not a public sign-up service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, OpenAI, or Anthropic.
The tools can search and read email, retrieve attachments when requested, help prepare replies, and send or organize messages when authorized. They can also read calendars and help create, update, or cancel events when requested. Email drafts are shown for review, and sending requires approval of the message and recipients.
Google access is granted separately for each account through Google’s consent screen. The integration requests account identity information, Gmail access, and Calendar access to provide these features. Relevant email and calendar content may be processed by OpenAI or Anthropic when their assistants are used.
This website provides information about the integration. It does not provide mailbox access or collect Google passwords or OAuth credentials.
